Facebook is making a "big difference" on the user page

Facebook has made a big change to the world's largest social networking site, trying to "ensure that the user spends his time on the site in the best possible way," the company said Thursday.
Mark Zuckerberg, the site's founder and chief executive, said the user page he sees when logged in "News Feed" will prioritize "meaningful social interactions" at the expense of other content, meaning the site will focus on displaying the content of friends more than pages and companies.
Zuckerberg predicted that the change would lead to a reduction in the time spent by participants on the site, but also predicted that time would be more valuable.
"If we do the right thing, I think that would be good for the community and for our company also in the long term."
Although the founder of the site said that these changes will take time to be available to everyone, subscribers will begin to see less content from companies and publishers, and more friends and relatives gradually.
The site warned Facebook pages that they would see a decline in the number of their publications, which leads to a decline in the number of visits to sites and videos.
