What's new for the Samsung Galaxy S8 will be released in January

Samsung Galaxy S8 owners will soon get the first major update to the Android system, and by the end of January 2018, the operating system will be upgraded to the Android OS.
The update keeps the Oreo version on the core experience of the Galaxy S8 but brings remarkable performance improvements and a handful of new features that will add to the many new features Samsung is currently enjoying.
The update to the Oryo version does not fundamentally change the overall appearance of the phone or Samsung software, but phone users will get all the new features on Google's pixel phones, including improved notification management, and easy sign-in.
As for the changes from Samsung, the new side lighting on the curved edges of the screen, the features of the shortcuts inspired by the GalaxyNote 8, and new tools for the clock, and a keyboard of GIF animation and many more.
The South Korean company unveiled its smartphone Galaxy S8 about eight months ago, and rumors are circulating about its next phone Galaxy S9, with information about the possibility of the device to make significant changes in the back of it, along with the current trend in the Smartphone designs are leading in terms of display screen and very thin edges.
Samsung is also expected to launch the Galaxy S9 in mid-February 2018, before the MWC 2018 World Congress, with users in March 2018.
